REFUND POLICY

• All items are final sale at this time, although if there is anything wrong with your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We will be happy to help you! you can email us at emmieannesboutique@gmail.com 

• Items must still have tags on them and no wear or wash! We must receive your items back within 14 business days of you receiving your order. Please mail us the items to the address listed on the back of the packing slip. We ARE NOT responsible for lost items back in transit to us. Please contact your provider!

• Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within the 14 business days, after this timeframe your item would not be eligible for return.

• ALL jewelry and rhinestone items are final sale and cannot be returned
